CARA’s Mission and Vision
Founded in 1957, the Central Alberta REALTORS® Association (CARA) is a professional trade organization, whose members are licensed Real Estate Professionals. Our membership currently includes more than 550 real estate brokers and agents working across Central Alberta.

As a Real Estate Licensee of CARA, your membership is automatically gained in the provincial body, the Alberta real Estate Association (AREA), and the largest trade association in Canada, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
Members of CARA offer numerous services, beyond just residential real estate, these include:
- Commercial Real Estate;
- Agricultural Real Estate;
- Recreational Real Estate;
- Property Management; and
- Leasing and Financing.
