Covid-19 Appointment Safety Acknowledgement
By attending this showing, you confirm that anyone attending this appointment has been asked and met the following criteria:
- Any person(s) attending the appointment have been made aware of the AHS guidelines.
- Any person(s) attending the appointment have been advised to review and adhere the most current version of the AHS COVID-19 guidelines for symptoms FOUND HERE

While at the listing, you further agree that anyone attending this appointment are aware of, and will adhere to, the following COVID-19 safety precautions:
- Anyone attending the showing appointment will wear a mask the entire time of the showing, unless medically exempt.
- A maximum of 2 people from the same household (including children), plus the showing agent will be the only people allowed to attend a showing appointment.
- A distance of at least 2 meters must be maintained between the showing agent and the buyer(s) for the entire duration of the showing appointment.
- As a reminder, parents may have to look at a property separately if they have to bring children to the showing appointment. A maximum 2 people, either mom and 1 child or dad and 1 child, are permitted to enter the property alongside the list agent for a showing. Ensure to schedule enough time if you’re bringing children to a showing.
